About The Hive KTX

Hi everyone! I’m Cari Caddick, devoted wife, mother, daughter, homeroom mom, survival swim instructor, autism and inclusion advocate, lover of Jesus, chocolate addict, friend to many, and organizer extraordinaire! Since I was little I loved making lists, buying cool pens, and helping others keep on track! I think my classmates that voted me "Best Handwriting" and "Most Organized" would love my new business endeavor!

 

I hold a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston. Go Coogs! 

 

I began my career in Marketing working for an oil and gas company where my role included traveling the world and planning trade shows, conferences, and events. I had responsibilities that included vendor relations, budgeting, and contractor management. I then worked for Amazon.com’s corporate office as part of their Executive Customer Relations team where I spent my days handling conflict resolution and ensuring the customer experience exceeded expectations. After having my first child, my husband and I decided I would become a stay at home mom. When my daughter was three years old I felt called by God to become a Certified ISR Instructor and started my business, ISR Fulshear/Katy, to teach survival swim skills to babies and young children! I love holding an active role in my community by sharing these life saving skills. 

 

Throughout my career I have realized there is a need in many businesses and personal lives for virtual assistant solutions! I’m so excited to bring my event planning, customer relations, and business ownership background to The Hive KTX!
